Wizkids have had production issues with this dragon forcing a product recall because dragons were shipped unpainted so we have set date back however we have received some repainted ones but they are coming in drip feed so hope to ship all outstanding orders soon.

WizKids is ramping up the number of new dragon figures, to really put the dragons back into Dungeons and Dragons. Starting with this Adult Dragon, new dragons will be releasing every few months, with amazing new sculpts and poses!

The ancient white dragon lives up to her grand size and demeanor. Arveiaturace is ready to take soar through the icy peaks, complete with removable rider and saddle.

White dragons tend to be the smallest of the chromatic dragons, but Arveiaturace is enormous – crouched over and standing at 7.5 inches tall, this figure measures 16.5 inches from nose to tail with a wingspan of 17 inches. Whether intimidating your party of adventurers or standing guard on your shelf as a display piece, the ancient white dragon is hand painted, showing the detail of the sculpt and accentuating every jagged scale.

Players have been itching to hear more about this ancient dragon, teased on D&D Live earlier this spring – now ready to take flight January 2021!

Free shipping is available to all UK orders over £50. Except where items are exceptionally bulky (these will be advised on processing orders before shipping)

Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday so you should expect delivery of your order within 2-3 working days within the UK, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us (most UK deliveries are received within 48-72 hrs).

Please be aware though that at seasonal & busy times postage can be delayed due to the larger volumes. If there are delays in orders shipping we will notify you and should a parcel not arrive for any reason within time parameters above please feel free to contact us so we can chase it up.

If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. All items will have a despatch record but fully tracked delivery can be selected at the checkout.

However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of tritex-games.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of goods are unlikely to be refunded unless it is a fault of ours.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.

Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
