Description:

Picture yourself in the era of discoveries: after a long voyage of great deprivation, your ships have finally reached the coast of an uncharted island. Its name shall be Catan! But you are not the only discoverer. Other fearless seafarers have also landed on the shores of Catan: the race to settle the island has begun!

The women and men of your expedition build the first two settlements. Fortunately, the land is rich in natural resources. You build roads and new settlements that eventually become cities. Will you succeed in gaining supremacy on Catan? Barter trade dominates the scene. Some resources you have in abundance, other resources are scarce. Ore for wool, brick for lumber – you trade according to what is needed for your current building projects. Proceed strategically! If you founded your settlements in the right places and skillfully trade your resources, then the odds will be in your favour. But your opponents are smart too.

Our postage system is easy to understand and is all based on the value of your order.

Free shipping is available to all UK orders over £50. Except where items are exceptionally bulky (these will be advised on processing orders before shipping)

Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday so you should expect delivery of your order within 2-3 working days within the UK, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us (most UK deliveries are received within 48-72 hrs).

Please be aware though that at seasonal & busy times postage can be delayed due to the larger volumes. If there are delays in orders shipping we will notify you and should a parcel not arrive for any reason within time parameters above please feel free to contact us so we can chase it up.

If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.

We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. All items will have a despatch record but fully tracked delivery can be selected at the checkout.

Delivery prices are added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of tritex-games.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of goods are unlikely to be refunded unless it is a fault of ours.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.

Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
