Tritex Games, Delivery Policy (Europe and Rest of the World)

Our postage system is easy to understand and is all based on the value of your order.

Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday so you should expect delivery of your order within 5-7 days to European countries and 7-10 working days anywhere else in the world, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us. (Bulky items we will advise on processing if there will be additional charges)

Please be aware though that at seasonal & busy times postage can be delayed due to the larger volumes. If there are delays in orders shipping we will notify you and should a parcel not arrive for any reason within time parameters above please feel free to contact us so we can chase it up.

If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.

European delivery can be chosen by selecting Europe. (This includes EU and Non EU Countries) – please note import duties may apply on orders that will be liable by the buyer on receipt.

Delivery outside Europe can be chosen by selecting World Wide.

Delivery prices

Delivery prices are added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

Please note that the P&P quoted includes postal fees, packaging and all handling fees associated with this transaction. We always try to combine P&P on multiple purchases but e-mail us if you prefer to check before purchase.

International customers please note, The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As a rule, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient as Tritex Games have no control over these charges.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering on tritex-games.co.uk for international delivery, you’re considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you’re receiving the goods.
