These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will exist between you and Tritex Games for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Tritex Games accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Tritex Games sends the order acceptance e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
Tritex Games reserves the right to refuse any order which is deemed not to have been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Tritex Games also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes providing that monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer are bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Tritex Games decides otherwise.
Tritex Games Refund Policy
Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of Tritex Games and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of goods are unlikely to be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.
Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Tritex Games take credit card orders from most major credit cards via Pay Pal. We are also looking at setting up the means to receive direct credit card payments. We can also accept cheques (made payable to Tritex Games Ltd) and cash from UK sources – please review payment terms upon checkout.
All of our payment transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection for your personal security and peace of mind. We unfortunately cannot accept Money Orders or cheques from abroad – this includes but is not limited to Western Union Money Orders. We are willing to accept cash though in Dollars or Euros, although please contact us beforehand if you wish to pay this way.

Orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday so you should expect delivery of your order within 2-3 working days within the UK, 5-7 days to European countries and 7-10 working days anywhere else in the world, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us (most UK deliveries are received within 48-72 hrs).
If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.
Delivery prices are priced on weight and will be added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).
Please note that the P&P quoted includes postal fees, packaging and all handling fees associated with this transaction. We always try to combine P&P on multiple purchases but e-mail us if you prefer to check before purchase.

You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations. You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. What information do we collect and how?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the cards expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.
When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
